Healthcare Recruiters (HcR) is currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a reputable NHS hospital based in Bristol, UK.

Working for Healthcare Recruiters (HcR), the candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a team of experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a reputable NHS hospital based in Bristol, UK.

The successful Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing nursing care and support to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans

* Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians and psychiatrists

* Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best possible care

* Providing support to families and carers, as well as helping patients to manage their conditions and improve their quality of life

* Monitoring patients' progress and responding to changes in their condition

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

* Participating in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

* Valid in-date Nursing and Midwifery Council's (NMC) membership

* At least 6 months of working experience with a valid UK visa

* Vaccinated against Hep B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tuberculosis, and COVID 19

* Has a valid DBS certificate that is on the DBS update service

* Has a valid Bild/GSA Accredited PMVA training certificate

* Indemnity Insurance

In addition to the above requirements, the candidate should possess the following qualities:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Compassionate nature and ability to work well under pressure

* Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team

* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

* Car driver is desirable but not mandatory
