So, join our team as an Administrator to support the team with case work, ensuring that all procedures are met and are in line with our contract and service requirements.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to support the team with case work, ensuring that all procedures are met and are in line with our contract and service requirements. This role sits within our central Administration team for Nacro's justice contracts. These contracts offer accommodation and personal wellbeing support to adult males under supervision of the Probation Service. The Admin team are responsible for reviewing and triaging all referrals made to our services from Probation, liaising with Probation for further information as required and allocating referrals to our delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will be organised and proactive with a good telephone manner· Previous administration experience is essential, as well as demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Lastly, previous experience of working with confidential records would be beneficial.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work collaboratively in a multi-agency setting as required. This includes maintaining professional relationships and appropriate confidentiality of information. * Manage data systems and develop effective methods of data processing.
Understand the main Microsoft Office programmes and an ability to use case management systems to record project activity. * Ability to scrutinise data in order to produce detailed project reports.
Actively contribute towards meeting team performance targets in respect of the service
Maintain up to date records via relevant and appropriate systems within specified timeframes and produce reports as required.
Positively promote and represent Nacro at all times, building strong relationships with colleagues to work as part of an integrated team focused on meeting the needs of services users/learners.
Adhere to Nacro's Safeguarding and data policies and procedures at all times and comply with legislation and statutory duties and data controls protocols.
Act in line with, promote and carry out all responsibilities with full regard to Nacro's Equality and Diversity Policy.

Please note: Due to having access to Ministry of Justice systems this role is subject to a Basic DBS check against the adult workforce and Enhanced Level 1 HMPPS vetting.
