Site Manager – High-End Office Fit-Out (Oxfordshire)

Keystone Recruit is hiring on behalf of a respected privately owned contractor based in the Thames Valley, specializing in high-end residential builds across Oxfordshire and surrounding counties.

We are currently seeking a Site Manager for an exciting new project – a high-end office fit-out in Oxfordshire, valued at approximately £1 million. The project is set to begin in the coming weeks and will run for 6–9 months.

Key Requirements:

* Carpentry background preferred due to the technical nature of the project

* 3–5 years experience in managing high-end residential or similar projects

* SMSTS and First Aid certification are mandatory

* Must be based within 1 hour of Oxford

We are open to candidates seeking either freelance or permanent positions, as there is potential for future projects in the area.

Salary:

- Up to £60,000 + package

- £250 - £270 per day
