We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a small sales team for a growing global manufacturing company at its UK headquarters in Rugby.
Role Requirements
The role will suit an experienced Sales Administrator who is confident dealing with multiple customers on a daily basis, is able to multitask and understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
The candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a small team and have good organisational skills.
Excellent time management, attention to detail and communication skills, both verbal and written are essential, along with excellent numeracy.
Being comfortable with technical products and the occasional spreadsheet would be desirable, but full training would be given
Key Responsibilities
* First point of contact with customers
* Processing orders answering product questions
* Dealing with technical part numbers
* Searching for parts from a catalogue/website
* Raising quotations when enquiries for pricing and availability are received
* Resolve general customer queries
* Process and post invoices daily to customers
* Participation on the credit control process recording payments received and chasing overdue payments up to an initial stage
* Making outbound calls to existing customers
* Maintain and develop the customer and prospect database
* General administrative tasks.
Skills required
* Previous Customer Services or Sales Administration skills
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Good systems skills
