Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Newcastle to Darlington - NEFRA - North East Fire and Rescue Authority
Contract: Full time, permanent
Salary: upto £37,000 per annum plus company van and fuel card
Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday. Standard hours 8.30am to 5pm
On call rota: 1 in 4 week covering 24 hours. Working 9:45am to 6pm when on call - standby payment plus relevant hourly rateMain Duties:

Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and Redcar and Cleveland Council.
Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
Service and reactive repair of lighting and power distribution systems, motors and pumps.
Competent on BMS control systems and PAT tester
Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the resident groupCandidate Qualifications/Experience:

Qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting.
City & Guilds or equivalent
18th Edition City and Guilds
Experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing.
Valid UK Driving Licence required.
