An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Highway Operative to come and join a busy client in Lincolnshire.

The main duties of the experienced Highway Operative are:

Maintain and improve highways and infrastructure
Ensure roads, signage, and barriers are in top condition
Assist in road resurfacing, drainage works, and emergency repairs
Work closely with a skilled team to ensure safety and quality standards are met
Previous experience in highways or construction
