ARV are working with a well established client in the Timber industry with over 50 years in trading, long lasting relationships, plenty of repeat business for you to manage and and lead on.
The area sales manager will be reporting directly into the sales director, with plenty of autonomy to manage their workload and sales pipeline.
The purpose of the role is to manage and nurture key accounts, dealing with key stakeholders and to also be proactive in identifying opportunities to win new business.
The Area Sales Manager will be selling into national and independent merchants and buying groups
The ideal candidate will be based in the following areas
York
Leeds
Sheffield
Hull
Bradford
Wakefield
Doncaster
Derby
Leicester

- Experience selling timber or construction related products into builder merchants.
- Proactive approach to winning new business
- Comfortable dealing with senior decision makers
- The ability to grow, lead and manage the sales territory.
- Strong Account Management experience.
