Job Title: Interim Finance Manager / Financial Controller

Contract: 3-Month Assignment

Location: Remote

Start Date: Immediate

Rate: £250 - £400 depending upon experience via Umbrella

Overview:

Concept -IT are seeking a hands-on, highly experienced Interim Finance Manager / Financial Controller to join our client for a 3-month assignment. This is a critical role for the business, requiring a dynamic individual who is ready to start immediately. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations while providing strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Consolidation of the group reporting
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management accounts
Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital requirements
Lead month-end and year-end close processes
Provide strategic financial guidance to support decision-making
Support the business with financial planning, analysis, and control
Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Review and improve existing financial processes and systems

Qualifications & Skills:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Proven experience in finance management or financial controller roles
Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Happy to roll sleeves up and be involved
Ability to start immediately
