Trainee Contracts Manager Apprenticeship
We are excited to announce a sponsorship for the above role. The selected individual will be put forward for degree applications starting in September 2025.
In the meantime, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in construction management, resource pocurement, project oversight and client relations.
Responsabilities include:
- managing project resources and material procurement
- reviewing and negotiating rates with clients
- preparing trade contract bid documents and handling tenders
- overseeing subcontractors and managing contracts
- contributing to work planning and client value engineering
- regular site visits, progress reviews and project reporting
- collaborating with the Resourcing Team to ensure top-quality labour
Entry Requirements:
- A Level BB or BTEC National Diploma or equivalent
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (B or above) or reformed grade 6 or above
- strong communications and problem-solving skills
As a Trainee Contracts Manager you will be exposed to diverse projects and gain essential skills to accelerate your carreer.
