Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a European Supply Chain Manager on behalf of a client in the FMCG sector for a Supply Chain Performance and Development project based in Europe. This role involves leading the development of European Supply Chain performance tracking and enhancing supply chain capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop European Supply Chain Performance tracking (Regional KPI Control Tower & Heatmap).
- Improve E2E Supply Chain Visibility and Transparency.
- Digitalize processes targeting a touchless ecosystem.
- Benchmark best practices within the community.
- Drive design/deployment/improvement of Supply Chain capabilities across European units.
- Sustain Supply Chain capabilities portfolio by designing/deploying specific processes.
- Support best practices sharing within the community.
- Lead European Supply Chain community collaboration and communication activities.
Requirements:
- Strong supply chain functional knowledge in Planning, Customer Service, and Physical logistics.
- Ability to influence and motivate at all levels within the business.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Digitally & data savvy with strong learning agility (Power BI, OneNav, SAP, etc.).
- Well-developed project management and planning skills.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
