Application Support Engineer
Role: Applications Support Analyst - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Fully Remote - Requirement to be in Leeds 1x per month
Hybrid/Remote: Remote
Package: £40,000 pro-rata
An international leader in business services are looking for an Applications Support Analyst to join their Application Support team.
The Application Support Analyst will provide 3rd line support across a portfolio of applications, taking ownership of incident & problem resolution as well as providing maintenance and quality improvements to the application suite.
The client are looking for somebody with a strong background in:
- SQL
- CRM, ideally, InterAction+ or a legal specific CRM
- Jira
- ServiceNow
Key Responsibilities - Applications Support Analyst
- Take ownership of incidents, problems, and requests, determining appropriate actions.
- Use ServiceNow for incident, change, and problem management.
- Assist with cross-skilling team members across multiple technologies.
- Progress support requests, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Liaise with developers and suppliers to address system issues and enhancements.
- Ensure tasks meet service and operational level agreements.
- Document work following required standards and tools.
- Develop hardware/software installation plans and follow specifications.
- Drive continual improvement, sharing insights to enhance team performance and maturity.
Key Experiences - Applications Support Analyst
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of infrastructure and system security
- Strong levels of customer service within IT Support
- Understanding of SLAs and OLA
- Desirable knowledge of a Windows Server
- SQL
- CRM, ideally, InterAction+ or a legal specific CRM
- Jira
- ServiceNow
