Job Description
Evaluate viability of space for our clients. Discussing Rates, condition, and determining viability of a location for one of our major restaurant brands, Office, Coworking or Retail clients.
Helping our Franchisees understand the real-estate process, walking them through the steps to secure a space and deal negotiations.
General Research using Costar(R), Loopnet, ICSC, Crexie, etc and/or other brokers to find locations nationwide working with brokers, agents and landlords via phone & email.
Demographics reporting with standard platforms such as Google, PlacerAI, ESRI, US Census or similar to run reports on income, population and business density.
Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with real estate professionals, property owners, and other stakeholders to stay informed about potential opportunities
Managing various projects, scheduling appointments with landlords, coordinating travel, working with contractors, analyzing rental rates, bids, compiling location data, and general administration and tasks as assigned.
Virtual / remote visits with Teams, Zoom, Facetime to the locations to confirm it is the right fit for our brands
Work in our customized follow-up system to allow for all status, communications, forms, dates and updates to ensure the launch is on time and a plan if the plan slips to ensure on time completion and success.
Related activities include, but are not limited to, directly interfacing with clients, vendors, landlords, attorneys, contractors, owners, the sales team
