At ViaSun Corporation, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and successfully delivering construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for project planning, budget management, resource allocation, quality control, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and ensure clear communication.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Oversee and manage project teams, including internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones, financial performance, and any deviations from planned targets.

To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in project management software and knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards are also required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
