MANE have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Fabricator to join a leading Aerospace company, in the Dunstable area. This role offers a 4 day working week, with additional company benefits as part of the package.

Primary Responsibilities:

Obtain and maintain approval stamps for Operator verification.
Assist in the implementation of new techniques and methods to enhance work processes when possible.
Produce finished ducting components that meet customer specifications using various metals and hand skills (e.g., stainless steel, titanium, Inconel).
Ensure general housekeeping and tidiness are maintained in the shop.
Propose ideas to improve production efficiency and reduce costs where feasible.
Be knowledgeable of all relevant AWPS and operating procedures related to the tasks described above.
Familiarize yourself with the company's Health and Safety and Fire policies, and attend mandatory updates as needed.
Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards work and teamwork.Key Duties:

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and follow verbal or written instructions.
Motivated by achieving personal and team goals.
Willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills, with good PC proficiency and organizational abilities
