LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Location: Oxted, RH8

Salary: OTE £30k +

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who is enthusiastic, energetic and interested in developing a career in the Lettings Industry with a smart, vibrant and well-known brand with several local offices in Surrey.

The role will be based in the Reigate area and is an opportunity to help run the local Lettings Department.

The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the Lettings industry, understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.

You will be proactive, articulate and well-presented; well-spoken and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum including within the prime market.

An ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential but you must have a comprehensive understanding of the lettings regulations and legislation.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

Previous experience in a Lettings role
Ability to build strong business relationships
Focused to lead and motivate a team
Able to win new business
Full UK driving license required
Local knowledge of the Oxted area is preferred
