Groomfield Recruitment are looking for 6 Customer Services Co-Ordinators for their client based in Solihull Business Park.

Working Hours:

* 08:30-17:30 - Monday to Friday

Pay rate:

* £11.76

Duties:

* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

* Receiving high level of inbound calls.

* 100+ outbound calls per day

* Directing calls to the relevant departments with a professional manner.

* Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

* Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using customer relationship software

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a customer service role essential

* Excellent communication skills

* Proficiency in using Microsoft software packages

* Experience with 100+ high outbound calls

* Ability to multitask

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
