- 4+ years' experience in Data Analytics, ideally within the workplace or real estate sectors.
- Expertise in Python, R, and strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- A self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and a keen interest in workplace innovation.
