What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in leading data-driven projects and working closely with clients and stakeholders to generate meaningful insights.

• Manage and motivate a team of Data Analysts, guiding them through the data collection and analysis process.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring project deliverables meet expectations and secure repeat business.
• Present your insights in client workshops and meetings, directly influencing strategic decision-making.
• Raise the profile of the consultancy by attending industry events and networking with key players in the real estate and workplace sectors.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years' experience in Data Analytics, ideally within the workplace or real estate sectors.
• Expertise in Python, R, and strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• A self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and a keen interest in workplace innovation.
