Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician
Location: Cumbria-HMRC Contract
Salary: upto £41,500 per annum (based on experience)
Oncall: 1/5 with standby pay
Hours: 40 hours -M-F

Annual holidays including bank holidays
Opportunity to work with a leading Facilities Management (FM) client
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in commercial properties.
Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and rectify faults efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and electrical standards.
Maintain accurate records of all work completed and provide reports as required.
Collaborate with other maintenance team members to deliver a high standard of service.
Requirements:
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance.
Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within commercial property maintenance.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
