Tradewind are recruiting! Are you an organised SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in Burnley?
Tradewind are currently recruiting for a hardworking and experienced SEN teaching assistant to work in highly successful PMLD School based in Burnley and they are looking for a Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis. You will be providing general support from 11 - 19 years old. The role is to start as soon as possible the role is a long term with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
The PMLD school with over 100 pupils, the school supports children from 11 - 19-year olds with a wide range or specific needs such as Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), ASD (Autism) and challenging behaviour. The School is easily accessible by public transport with a bus stop 5-minute walk away and free onsite parking.
They are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is Team Teach Trained and has previous experience in a PMLD environment or have worked extensively with learners with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), some with associated complex needs, ASD (Autism) and challenging behaviours, training will be provided to any successful candidate.

Have excellent communication and behaviour management techniques
