Core Responsibilities as an Executive Assistant:
Take detailed meeting notes and prepare review letters within the business’s CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation.
Attend all external client meetings alongside an Advisor, with the added responsibility of driving the Advisor when necessary.
Manage technical queries by liaising with the Advisor to provide consistent and accurate responses.
Provide additional support within the wider team when required.
Redirect queries allowing the Advisor to focus on business growth and strategic initiatives.
Stay informed on market trends and relevant regulatory changes.
Efficiently book and manage client prospect meetings and review sessions.
Build strong client relationships, acting as their primary contact in the Advisor’s absence.
The Ideal Executive Assistant Will Possess:
Proven experience in a support role within financial services or a similar industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.
A proactive, self-motivated approach, coupled with excellent time management abilities.
A calm and professional demeanour.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
A commitment to client confidentiality and an ethical, professional approach to work.
A full UK driving license is mandatory for this role, as travel to client meetings is required
