I am pleased to announce that we are looking for an Assistant Ecologist to join a brilliant team in Taunton!

You'd be working with a progressive team of ecologists on a range of exciting projects across the South West. They are an encouraging team who support professional development in their staff by arranging appropriate training to develop relevant professional and technical skills for career progression - this is a perfect opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive environment!

Support with professional development with sponsored training.The role of an Assistant Ecologist involves assisting with extended Phase 1 habitat surveys, a range of species surveys and reports writing in relation to PEA, EcIA and protected species survey reports.

Requirements for the role of an Assistant Ecologist include:

A degree in Ecology or a relevant discipline.
Some experience working within a consultancy.
