Job Title: Call Handler & Administrative Assistant

Location: Leicester, LE1

Contract Details: Temporary, 8 weeks

Pay: £12.32 per hour

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information on our client's wide range of services.
Direct customers to the appropriate department or resource within our client's organisation.
Handle website and email enquiries promptly, arranging service assessments.
Efficiently schedule staff and services using the rostering system.
Coordinate appointments and liaise with both customers and staff.
Assist with day-to-day administration, including data entry, service bookings, and invoice queries.
Maintain an organised filing system for easy accessibility.Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Empathy and patience when assisting older individuals.
Friendly and approachable demeanour with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
