Our client is a progressive property maintenance company, priding themselves on delivering an excellent service to their clients!

They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Electrical Contracts Manager to work within their electrical department.

Senior Electrical Contracts Manager - Essential Skills

* Strong knowledge of Electrical testing & remedials within the public sector.

* Strong experience of managing senior team members.

* Experience of working within public sector.

* Previous experience of electrical testing and remedials - maintenance and installation.

* An extensive understanding of the current edition of BS 7671 relevant to the range of electrical work undertaken.

* Understand the Inspection, testing, verification, certification and reporting procedures for the range of electrical work undertaken.

* Knowledge of electrical systems in domestic settings

* Able to converse, and meet with, Clients; understand their requirements and build excellent rapport.

* Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative

* Must have good IT skills

Senior Electrical Contracts Manager - Essential Qualifications

* 18th Edition, IET Wiring Regulations BS 7671

* Minimum of 3 years experience in an Electrical Contracts Manager role.

* 2391 or equivalent in test & inspection
