Sustainability and Compliance Officer
Up to £35,000

This is what you'll be doing:
Collaborate with Business Improvement on compliance and sustainability projects.
Build expertise in compliance, working with external bodies and internal stakeholders.
Become the go-to resource for compliance, ensuring the company meets the latest standards and accreditation.
Provide training and support across the business on compliance issues, becoming a key point of contact for accrediting bodies.
Support Product Management to ensure new and existing products meet compliance standards, offering guidance on product development.
Drive energy and carbon reduction initiatives, aligning with the company's sustainability goals.
Organise and prepare for external audits, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
Manage accurate records and documentation related to compliance operations and policies.And this is what you'll need:
Experience working within a similar role.
Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills.And this is what you'll get:
