Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead the current maintenance team.
* Oversee the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) scheme.
* Ensure compliance and management of Health and Safety systems.
* Drive process improvement through identification, proposal, and execution.
* Manage small-scale improvement projects, including justification, implementation, and post-appraisal.
* Oversee spare part stock and procurement.

* Full-time role (40 hours per week)
* 22 days of paid annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 27 days, plus statutory holidays.

* Stay updated with technical knowledge of engineering systems.
* Handle pressure and meet deadlines with good problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
