Estate Operative / Cleaner - Vauxhall - £28k

A well established high end property management company is looking for a team of Estate Operatives for a luxury residential development that is soon to open
You will join a new team in keeping the development in great condition and your duties will be mostly focused on the exterior and grounds of the development.

Your duties will include

General yard and common area maintenance including sweeping, pressure washing and polishing
Maintaining bin and storage areas
General upkeep of the buildings and surrounding areas
Reporting of any issues and incidents to management for prompt resolution
Assist with all deliveries and collections for the commercial units including daily linen and food/beverage deliveries
