We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Scout Store based in Lancing, West Sussex.
Job Title: Operations Administrator (Distribution)
Salary: £25,608 per annum, Band B, Level 3 -Inclusive of a market supplement
Location: Lancing, West Sussex.
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 35

The Role: We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful individual to manage our £2 million stock holding. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to take charge of your workload and the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of departments. You’ll be the key link in ensuring all incoming stock is prepared and ready for our customers, playing a vital part in meeting challenges head-on and driving our projects forward.

As the Operations Administrator, your key Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate completion of Goods In (Warehouse)
Checking of goods receipt notes against pre advise and delivery note
Investigate stock discrepancies inform relevant colleagues and amend stock accordingly
Process cross docked special orders
Completion of Goods In nonconformance reports
Releasing of orders
What we are looking for in our Operations Administrator:
Experience of warehousing and stock control within a retail or high-profile commercial organisation.
Warehousing and production management skills
Proven experience within a Warehouse Administrator role
Experience in stock management or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
