What can you expect in this role?

Lead and develop the Group health and safety strategy and associated delivery plan.
Take charge of hazard analysis, risk assessments, and oversee major projects with strategic leadership.
Work closely with business management teams to guide and coach in the implementation of the strategy and local plans and in all aspect of safety leadership and performance.
Develop and implement a variety of performance measures to identify trends and improve safety, health and wellbeing performance.
Inspire and manage a motivated team, ensuring high morale while overseeing three direct reports.

What We're Looking For:

Industry Experience: Experience in Warehousing/Logistics/Distribution environments is ideal.
Professional Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma and IOSH membership is beneficial.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
Positive Attitude: Passionate, proactive, and enthusiastic about health and safety.
