Contract Manager

Premier Recruitment Solutions is a specialist recruitment company working in partnership with a regional contractor.

We are recruiting for a Contract Manager to work with their existing team.

You will be working as a Contract Manager on a project in Rainham.

Your duties as a Contract Manager will include:

Quoting various different jobs (PPMS / Remedials / Pump works / Vacuum Tanker work etc). There will be site visits to meet clients and survey the works which will then need to be followed up by yourself with a quote.

Assisting with any difficult RAMS that the admin team are unable to answer queries on relating to your jobs.

Assisting the office and engineers with running your jobs and assisting with queries the engineers have on site about the works you've quoted. Phone calls would also be received out of hours due to the nature of our works.

Building a good rapport with your clients to establish a strong working relationship and help retain business + push for new business with our existing customers.

Address any complaints or concerns that the client has had with any of your jobs; keeping management in the loop at all times.

Your bonus scheme will be paid at 1K per quarter + 1K per annum as long as the financial targets are achieved. The target isn't based on an individual performance, it's based on a team effort on achieving a quarterly figure + the annual figure which is set by the MD.

3% new account bonus scheme is also included within the offer. The 3% is based on profits and is active for the 1st year. This will then reduce to 1% for the following years. A new account must be a client that is not currently being worked for.

Standard Hours for the Contract Managers role: Monday to Friday 09:00hrs - 17:00hrs
