Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast client to recruit a new full time and permanent Inside Sales Representative to join their expanding team.

Duties

Responsible to initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and close sales opportunities.
Profile & develop business relationships with prospective Sea Logistics customers through regular engagement.
Manage small portfolio of house / branch accounts with a view to growth and GP development.
Develop solutions for customers based on detailed understanding of their requirements.
Take pricing decisions in alignment with the relevant internal stakeholders.
Using sales strategies to maximise profit rather than selling at bottom line prices.
Build rapport and relationships with Customers.
Prepare, submit and follow up quotations to Customers.
Sell company services sustainably

Criteria

Previous telephone sales experience
Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Very good time management skills with the ability to set priorities, fulfil critical tasks in time and keep to deadlines
Perseverance and resistant to challenge
Ability to communicate effectively with an approachable nature
Salary approx. £29k p/a with attractive commission package
