Are you a skilled and experienced HGV Driver looking for an exciting opportunity in the Waste / Recycling industry? Our client, a leading organisation in the sector, is seeking a dedicated HGV Driver to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Operate Heavy Goods Refuse Collection Vehicles for recycling and waste collection and disposal
Lead and direct a team of loaders to deliver exceptional recycling and waste services
Ensure a professional, high-quality service is provided to residents and customers
Adapt to changing demands and strive to exceed industry standards
Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
Complete relevant daily checks, record information accurately, and report any issues to the line manager
Provide assistance and information to residents and customers regarding waste disposal
Comply with all legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to the work activityRequirements:

Valid Category C driving licence, valid Digi tachograph card
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
Self-motivated and able to represent the organisation professionally
