Spanish speaking Customer Service Associate

The company: An internationally renowned provider of electronic devices.
Main duties: To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The role:
- To answer any customer enquiries via telephone and email
- To process orders in the database
- To follow up on lead times and delivery and ensure customer is kept updated
- To provide initial technical support to end users and escalate as required
- To process invoices and take payment details
- To support with administration as necessary
The candidate:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in business-to-business customer service is desired
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate
