TSA Surveying is in partnership with a leading building consultancy firm, specializing in social housing surveying. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality survey services, including stock condition surveys and EPC Projects. The dedicated team works closely with clients to maintain and improve their housing stock, ensuring safe and comfortable living conditions for residents.
Our Client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Survey Manager to join there team. The successful candidate will assist in managing and coordinating stock condition surveys, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), and related projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
This role is remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Survey Manager in programming and coordinating surveyors’ activities.
Monitor and maintain project databases and information management systems.
Maintain clients’ asset management databases.
Provide regular progress reports to clients and conduct client meetings.
Regularly update the Project Partner on project progress.
Conduct periodic audits of surveyors in the field to ensure quality and compliance.
Prepare project output reports, including cost forecasts and condition summaries.
Investigate and resolve resident or client complaints.
Manage invoicing in line with payment terms, and validate and approve received invoices.
