A leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider in West Sussex / Surrey is looking for an experienced (mid-to-senior) level Key Account Manager to deliver outstanding service, growth and results. The role will report directly to Global Sales Director and will have the following key responsibilities:
* Achieve sales target and margins
* Develop new prospect accounts and programmes / projects
* Active account management
* Account plans
* Achieve targeted growth within accounts managed
* Management of enquiries, quotes and conversions
* Management of orders and forecasts
* Interface with planning, materials & operations
* Interface with all other functions
* Effective NPI from prototype, ramp to full-production
* Create and manage customer dashboards
* QBR & Customer meetings
* Active management and presentations of all customer KPI’s
Key Skills:
* Technical understanding of electronic products / industry
* Commercial awareness, sales, margins, P&L, account & customer management
* Knowledge of systems & processes
* Leadership of cross functional teams
Key Relationships:
* Customer representatives in all areas
* Programme Managers and Sales Team
* All internal departments, particularly Planning, Purchasing, Engineering (NPI), Operations and Quality.
