Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team at CMS Clinical. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our residents/patients, contributing to their well-being and overall experience within our healthcare agency.
Responsibilities
* Assisting our residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing and assistance with food and fluids.
* Monitoring our resident's vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
* Assisting with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
* Providing emotional support and companionship to all of our residents.
* Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, when necessary.
* Documenting resident information and maintaining up-to-date accurate records.
* Following all healthcare protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all of our residents.
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our residents.
* Assisting with the maintenance of the cleanliness and the organisation of the proffesional healthcare environment.
Requirements
* Previous healthcare experience of 6 months in the UK is essential for this role.
* Knowledge of the healthcare procedures and protocols.
* Excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills.
* Having a compassionate and empathetic nature.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
* The right to work in the UK.
* Minimum age of 18 is a requirement.
* Full UK driving licence is required.
* If you hold an international driving licence you must own your own business car insurance.
