Job Title: Financial Crime Compliance Testing Consultant
Location: Stockholm/Hybrid
Salary/Rate: 400-600 SEK per hr - DOE
Start Date: 07/10/24
Job Type: Contract - 6 months initial

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Financial Crime Compliance Testing Consultant to join their team for a six-month contract on a banking project.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
You will be responsible for executing compliance reviews within area of Financial Crime Prevention, Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing etc. You will participate in testing activities as a Compliance Testing team member, taking responsibility for the overall planning, execution, delivery and quality of testing and monitoring activities.

1. Delivering testing activities by assessing the compliance risk management practices within a focus on financial crime area across various business areas and functions within the Group.
2. Assessing the effectiveness of processes and controls for managing compliance risk within the organisation, evaluating root causes and providing opinions on the overall risk management practices for processes.
3. Documenting testing activity results within the workpapers and write a report in line with the Group Compliance Testing & Monitoring methodology
4. Validating monitoring observations with key stakeholders ensuring factual accuracy.
5. Ensuring timely reporting of activities and updates in the Annual Testing and Monitoring Plan.
6. Quality assurance activities.
7. Supporting other Compliance Officers in testing and monitoring related tasks.
8. Communication with different stakeholders.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. A solid experience in participating in compliance monitoring/testing or internal audit activities across various business areas.
2. An ability to take initiative and ownership of your work and be comfortable working in an environment with many changes and tight deadlines.
3. An excellent communication skills, also in English language, and find it easy to build relationships at all levels
4. A good understanding of best practices related to control framework and risk
