Role title: Connectivity Product Architect - Cloud/Internet/IPVPN/Ethernet
Contract Duration: Contract for 3-6 months, Inside IR35
Location: London onsite 2 days a week, 3 days working from home
SC: Candidate should be Sc eligible

As a Product Architect you will translate new product capabilities and features into a high-level solution that spans the end-to-end product scope: including service experience, customer interfaces and development requirements.

This role will have the following responsibilities:
* Product architecture deliverables for underlay product features
* Contribute to agile product backlog EPIC's, capabilities and features ensuring adequate acceptance criteria
* Document solution options as part of the Technical Product Feasibility
* Document the selected solution as part of the Product high-level design
* Review solution context and low-level specification for OSS/BSS platform changes
* Manage third party deliverables ensuring clear terms of reference and statements of work
* Ensure project expenditure is in line with budgetary commitments
* Work in a large-scale virtual team to determine product and service building blocks and how they interact with each other
* Provide technical leadership with the virtual team and facilitate seamless integration between solution building blocks
* Engage with operational and support functions to collect and discuss requirements and solutions
* Present solution to technical and not technical audience and run know-how transfer sessions
* Endeavour to be a pro-active team player, capable to be part of a high-performance team, capable to deal with multiple workloads and prioritizing the most relevant activities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
[max 5]:
- Ensure accurate end to end technical and service specification and delivery of new Product Features in line with budget, time and quality
- Capture and Manage all requirements and ensure they are translated into a logical incremental delivery plan (including MVP) and in line with Sage Agile Principles and Governance model
- Ensure accurate OSS/BSS integration for new Product Features
- Review key product documentation from internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including backlog, HLD's, Low Level designs
- Manage End to End, Design Oriented, Risk Assumptions Information Dependencies/Decisions (RAID) logbook during Product Delivery Lifecycle Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- Relevant higher education in a related field (computer science/networking field)
- Knowledge and understanding of the Fixed Connectivity and particularly Metro Ethernet Forum products
- OSS/BSS integration experience
- Service Design knowledge
- Safe Agile Awareness or even better Certified

Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in JIRA tool in the context of requirements and management and RAID log management
- Previous Experience in Atlassian Confluence tool

Key performance indicators [max 3]:
- Agreed scope delivered within budget, time and quality
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies which may arise as part of the product solution
- Ensure all agreed collaterals for the project are produced and reviewed to the required
