Specialist (m/f/d) in Customer Quality Management Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: You will handle customer inquiries and issues related to quality, ensuring they are addressed professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordination Across Sites: Collaborating with our production facilities, you'll manage quality complaints and ensure a consistent quality strategy across all locations.
  • Risk and Vulnerability Assessment: You'll conduct in-depth analyses to pinpoint risks and weaknesses, implementing corrective measures and overseeing their effectiveness.
  • Process Audits: You'll plan and execute internal audits to continually enhance our processes.
  • Knowledge Sharing: You'll disseminate insights gained from your work to other production sites, fostering a comprehensive approach to optimization.
  • Quality Reporting: You will prepare detailed quality reports for internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring clarity and traceability.
  • Collaboration: You'll work closely with departments such as Quality Assurance, Quality Planning, and Project Management to ensure smooth execution of quality initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • Education or Training: A degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical training, combined with significant professional experience.
  • Quality Management Expertise: Extensive experience in quality management, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • VDA 6.3 Certified: Auditor training in VDA 6.3 is a plus.
  • Tier1/OEM Experience: Familiarity with Tier 1 or OEM suppliers will help you meet our high standards.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken German and English, allowing for confident communication in an international setting.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office, SAP, and statistical software to streamline your daily tasks.
  • Personal Traits: A strong sense of responsibility, initiative, teamwork, and flexible problem-solving skills make you an ideal fit for our team.
