Overview:
TriSure, an Alera Group company is looking for a Commercial Lines, Property & Casualty Account Executive (CAE) who's skilled in understanding a client’s needs and reviewing, marketing, negotiating and correcting their business insurance program to meet those needs. Responsibilities:
Directly communicating with clients and gathering information about their: business, project, needs, timelines and concerns.
Meeting with Producers, Account Managers, Marketing Representatives and Underwriters to discuss clients’ insurance strategies and solutions.
Establish relationship with clients as their primary contact and build a relationship of trust, professionalism and trusted advisor.
Developing submissions, applications, supplementals, loss history and analysis for clients review and to market the accounts successfully.
Coordinating the marketing and follow up with carriers to meet timelines and expirations.
Reviewing, entering and updating all activities and client information in Applied EPIC
Qualifying inbound leads and prospects via phone and email and working directly to write the coverage or referring to other team members.
Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service
Holding virtual and in-person presentations with an end goal of earning a prospect’s business
Negotiating terms and conditions with underwriters, brokers and carrier reps.
Preparing and presenting new and renewal proposals.
Attend in person meetings with Clients to discuss coverage, renewals, address concerns, etc.
Communicate with client to answer questions on coverage, claims, procedures and referrals.
Collaborating with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results
Uncovering and understanding client coverage needs
Attending trade shows and hosting customer events
Prospecting new sales from referrals from existing clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Property and Casualty license, required.
Minimum of five (5) years prior experience (insurance agency or carrier in commercial lines)
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Exceptional knowledge of insurance products and plans
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities and obligations
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
