The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for providing world-class customer service by responding to customer inquiries and ensuring that customer issues are resolved in an appropriate and timely fashion.

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite preferred (Outlook, Word, Excel, Calendar, etc.)
