IT Manager/Technical Support

Our client is seeking an IT Manager to plan, assign, direct, supervise, and evaluate the work of those on the Technical Support team.
Plan, organize and direct IT support services
Provide assistance to user support specialists around computer hardware and software Direct the development and improvements of desktop application projects
Conduct cost benefit analysis of IT projects
Plan staff development training and activities
Negotiate with technological vendors and contractors Required Skills/Experience Of The IT Manager
3+ years of experience leading an Information Technology Support team
IT Certifications preferred
Experience with VMWare and Microsoft
Bachelor's degree preferred
Health, Dental, Vision, 401K
