Overview:

Job Summary:

A Freelance Retail Merchandiser works with one or more of Winston’s clients to support their on-floor presence through visual merchandising projects. The key focus will be on product placement, replenishment, and recovery by following a visual directive.  In this position, you will work independently or as part of a team, as requested. This role is project-based and hours will fluctuate based on location and market needs.

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Qualifications:

Experience Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in retail merchandising

Required Skills:

• Ability to work independently, timely, and efficiently

• Expert in clear communication with store staff and through visit reports

• Capable of executing visual directives and planograms

• Tech savvy with smartphones, apps, and navigating online platforms

• Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
