Overview:

Office Manager

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 a year (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm 

Location: 1445 Research Blvd, Suite 100, Rockville MD 20850 (On-site)

We're hiring immediately for our Rockville, Maryland OP, IOP, and PHP clinic! Embark Behavioral Health is looking for an Office Manager who aligns with our mission of reducing adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression, and suicide.

As the Office Manager, you will be the first person our clients and families see at the facility. You will provide daily operational support to an experienced Executive Director and Clinical Team that are dedicated to our mission and core values.

Responsibilities:

Maintains a warm, organized, clean, and friendly environment for all guests in front office area.

Assists with marketing materials and strategic planning as assigned.

Responsible for responding to all incoming calls.

Responsible for providing information and referral sources to families about our services.

Organizes family and referral partner tours.

Manages office supply inventory, including ordering supplies.

Handles all outgoing mail and the postage account.

Assists in the facilitation of program events, workshops, and training seminars.

Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 year’s management experience in an administrative or office environment, or comparable experience.

Prior experience working in a healthcare setting.

Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Committed to accurate and timely completion of work.

Ability to quickly learn new computer programs and internet applications.

Ability to develop efficient processes.

Ability to pass a state background check, fingerprints and drug screen.

Must hold a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Must possess a current first aid and CPR Certification.
