Overview:

NaphCare is hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants/Patient Care Technicians (CNAs/PCTs) just like you to join our team at the Arizona Department of Corrections - Eyman facility located in Florence, Arizona.  Pay rates range from $17.00 - $25.00 per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience.  Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and can be discussed upon interview.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/Patient Care Technicians (PCTs):

Assist with direct patient care procedures

Obtain patient history

Take Vital Signs

Prepare Charts

Assist with medical examinations

Perform routine procedures under stablished protocols (to include but not limited to phlebotomy, EKG’s, dressing changes and wound cultures)

Qualifications:

Qualifications for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/Patient Care Technicians (PCTs):

Current Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant in Arizona

Normal physical requirements – standing, walking, sitting, lifting, squatting, etc.

High School Diploma or GED Certificate

Valid CPR Card

Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably correctional healthcare=
