A unique opportunity for a Software Tester to join our growing Fintech business, The role is as broad as you wish it to be, covering our London and internationally developed software ecosystem, ranging from Front End testing, Back End, API and data exchange, this role suits an aspiring motivated person who wants to make a difference in the finance arena.

The software we develop is key in managing over £63 billion worth of investments globally but will also be used by and impact customers all around the world, from London to Australia, Dubai and Hong Kong.

As a Software Tester, you'll be a key member of our growing team, working on new and existing projects and helping to deliver a scalable and resilient product whilst improving and shaping our testing process. You'll have plenty of opportunity to learn new tools and technologies and have the ability to guide and influence our testing process and get to grips with our business as we grow.

What you will be doing:

  • Testing our in-house developed software products, from inception to delivery

  • Testing the functionality, processing, logic, input/output and other aspects of the software

  • Working with the development team to make amazing things

  • Involvement in Agile/Scrum processes, iteratively improving test processes

  • Creating test-plans for the software testing cycles or where required

Experience, qualifications and attributes sought after:

  • Manual testing experience

  • Ability to drive good testing practice and contribute to improving product quality

  • Financial Services/Wealth Management knowledge a bonus but not a must

  • Good analytical skills and an inquisitive mind

  • The ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the development team

  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment
