About the Role
As a Lead Practitioner in Design & Technology, you will:
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire KS4 students across a range of D&T specialisms.
* Drive curriculum development and innovation in the department, ensuring students achieve their full potential.
* Mentor and support fellow teachers, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous professional development.
* Champion a love for Design & Technology, equipping students with essential skills for their future careers.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a proven track record in teaching Design & Technology at KS4.
* Extensive subject knowledge, Resistent Materials and Product Design primarily.
* A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
* Leadership experience or the desire to step up to a Lead Practitioner role.
* A commitment to raising standards and helping students achieve exceptional outcomes.
