Job Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Thurmaston
Salary: Up to £23,500k Per Annum

Our client is provider of bathroom and shower fittings for both commercial and residential properties. They are looking to add to their team and bring on a customer call advisor for their small team in Thurmaston.
The Candidate:
We are looking for an organised and proactive call handler, with a customer service background, who can foster the ability to deal issues promptly and courteously.
The ideal candidate will have:
Customer service experience essential.
Proficient in Microsoft / Excel applications.
Maintains own level of competence.
Good telephone MannerThe role includes but is not limited to:
Answering the phones in a proficient manner
Emails responded to and up to date by end of the day.
Administration Tasks
processing Customer orders
Dealing with enquires and complaints in a professional MannerApply:
