This role can be based either out of Bristol or Fareham on a hybrid / field basis.
Are you passionate about building lasting client relationships while driving new business opportunities? We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our Education division, focusing on a combination of account management (70%) and new business development (30%). This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading managed services provider in the education and public sector.
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our Inside Sales team to manage existing accounts and develop new opportunities within a sepcified location. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and nurturing relationships with current clients through regular interactions.
Identifying cross-sell and upgrade opportunities from our wide portfolio of products and services.
Prospecting new business and converting inbound and outbound leads in collaboration with our BDM team.
Delivering consultative sales both in-person and virtually, ensuring clients’ needs are fully understood and met.
Logging all activity and client data into our CRM system (Radius), maintaining accurate records
