We have taken a new role for a warehouse supervisor for our client based in Hayes on a permanent basis.
Monday - Friday
6am - 2.30pm
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Duties Include:
* Despatch & Deliveries
* Running delivery notes
* Goods inwards
* Stock control and management
* Picking items from stock and ensuring all orders are prepared for delivery
* Ensuring all routes are prepared for departure in the morning
* Ensuring vehicles are loaded safely and effectively
* Ensuring each day’s deliveries and paperwork have left the warehouse
* Ensuring that the day’s deliveries are allocated effectively (in collaboration with colleagues)
* Ensuring that vehicles leave in a timely manner, to agreed schedules
* Preparing allocating and scheduling timed and “off-route” deliveries into despatch schedule
* Preparing and despatching orders by courier/mail
* Recording all delivery and despatch information
* Supporting holidays & absence with driver cover for deliveries as required
Ideal candidate must have
* Forklift licence
* Clean Full UK driving licence
