The Solar Project Manager managing various sized projects mainly across the sout of the UK, will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of commercial solar PV projects from inception to completion. This position is designed for an individual with a strong electrical background and extensive experience in managing large-scale solar installations. The role demands exceptional project management skills, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Job Description

Manage all aspects of commercial solar PV projects, from initial client consultation through to final handover.
Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including electricians, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track and within budget.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Conduct site visits to oversee installation progress and ensure quality control.
Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and submit project reports, including financial forecasts and performance analysis.

Experience & Skills Required
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Experience in project managing various sized Commercial Solar PV projects.
Technical knowledge and experience of commissioning and handover of Solar Projects.
Ability to develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Experience of managing multidisciplinary teams, including solar installation teams & electricians.
Ability to conduct site visits and ensure quality control.
Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience preparing & submission of project reports, financial forecasts and performance analysis
